Ruby のバージョンが間違っているため、heroku にプッシュ/デプロイできないのですか?

概要

Heroku にプッシュしようとしていますが、次のエラーが発生し続けます。

Ruby -v を実行すると、インストールしたバージョンは Ruby 2.6.3 であり、エラーで示されたバージョンよりも高いです。何か案は？

アップデートなどを試してみましたが、解決できないようです。
